This 1.5 hour, MREC approved class will provide a basic understanding of the mortgage lending process and what types of loans are available for clients to purchase a home. MREC approval for new agent Topic O or Topic F for all other renewals. Taught by Affiliate Member, Kari Anderson with Oceans Lending in person at MSBR on Tuesday, October 14th from 1:00 pm -2:30 pm.
